The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Rachelle Leray Fischer and Allen Larand Fischer, siblings who were reported missing from Monteview, Idaho, on June 22, 2025, by their mother, Elizabeth Roundy.

Law enforcement believes the children, who have been placed under an Amber Alert due to being in “grave danger,” may have been taken by Allen’s father, an individual with ties to the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS).
Searches, including aerial operations and inquiries in Arizona, are underway. As of June 29, 2025, there have been no additional updates or newly released information. Elintra Dee Fischer, their elder sibling, was officially reported as missing on January 1, 2023. A reward is available for information leading to their safe recovery.
To report any information, please call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at 208-745-9210, option 7, or 911.
