Missing: Jack Allen Schultz, 68, De Soto, Kansas – 🇺🇸

JACK ALLEN SCHULTZ, 68  who had minor criminal offenses in his history, vanished from De Soto, Kansas, on November 28, 1994.  His life was turbulent, and authorities issued a warrant to arrest him for driving under the influence of alcohol.  Jack’s father thought serving time behind bars would not bother his son. He had construction experience before but had not earned any money at the time of his disappearance.  People suspect foul play occurred because he stayed away from his family and friends for too long.  People have speculated about his murder, but no evidence has surfaced.
