Willie Scruggs Jr. is a missing/endangered runaway who has been missing from Junction City, Kansas, since March 13, 2025. Willie is 14 years old. He is 5’3″ tall and weighs 135 pounds. He has sandy hair and hazel eyes. Willie wears eyeglasses.
